Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) is looking for experienced and qualified human resource on contractual for short term employment for project funded by UNICEF for Community Empowerment and Capacity Building for Urban Wash in SHRUCs. The selection of these posts will be based on Walk-in-Interview with basic pre-qualification criteria described as below

1.                 Community Development Officer (Male)
  1. Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management Sciences / Social Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institute. (16 years education)
  2. Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in social mobilization/communication related to WASH Sector in any reputed national & international organization. Working with WSSCs will be an added value. Pushto speaker will be preferable.
  3. Age: Upto 50 years

2.                 Sub Engineer (Male)
  1. Qualification: DAE (civil) from any Board of Technical Education (BTE).
  2. Experience: Overall 03 years of post-qualification with relevant experience in water supply & sanitation in any well reputed International, National, Public and Private Organizations. Experience with project department will be given preference
  3. Age: Upto 35 Years

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) is looking for experienced and qualified human resource on contractual basis initially for three years (Extendable on good performance) to fill following positions:

Last Date: 12th Aug 2022

S. No Position Qualification/Experience Posts
1.                 Manager (Projects) a.     Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering (4 Years Degree) from HEC recognized university/institute.

b.      Experience:  Minimum 8 Years post qualification relevant experience preferably in water sector, Preference will be given to MS (Civil Engineering) qualified candidates having demonstrated experience in position(s) with similar role & responsibilities.

c.      Age:  Up to 45 Years.

 
2.                 Assistant Manager GIS a.       Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, IT, GIS, Urban Planning, Project Management (minimum 16 years of education) from PEC/HEC recognized university/institutes. MS in GIS will be given preference.

b.      Experience:  Minimum 5 years post qualification overall experience and 3 years’ experience in the field of GIS in any international & national well reputed organization. Diploma/Certificate in ARC-GIS or any other tool will be given preference. Hands on experience in Arc-GIS is mandatory.

c.      Age:  Up to 40 Years.

3.                 Legal/Law Officer a.       Qualification: LLB/LLM from HEC recognized University/Institute.

(Minimum 16 years of education).

b.      Experience:  Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience. Must be proficient in handling civil servants’ rules/regulations, unions related problems/matters, regulations, and provisions as per Industrial Relations Act of KPK and Federal Govt, civil procedure code matters and procedures of Cr Pc etc. Cases of income tax & revenue/property are also included in job description. *Must have valid high court and lower court licenses.

c.       Age:  Up to 40 Years.

4.                 Accounts Officer a.       Qualification: MBA/MS/MCom in Finance from HEC recognized University/Institute. (Minimum 16 years of education)

b.      Experience:  Overall post qualification experience of 03 years on similar/ relevant position in any well-reputed international/ national level Public/ Private organizations. Preference will be given to candidates having good knowledge and experience of ERP.

c.       Age:  Up to 35 Years

1 General Manager HR, Admin & Procurement
  1. Qualification: MBA/BBA (Hons-4year) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Science preferably in Human Resource Management (Minimum 16 years of education) from HEC recognized university/institute. Relevant certifications in HR, Administration & Procurement will be given preference.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 12 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 3-years’ experience in similar like/equivalent/senior Management position/HoD Experience in public utility /infrastructure development establishment/commercial services providing organizations, international/national level organization/setup will be given preference
    Well versed with Government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices including public sector corporate governance.
  3. Age: Up to 55 years

2 Company Secretary
  1. Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a Law graduate from HEC recognized University/Institute or being a member of a recognized body of professional accountants /institutes. (Minimum 16 years of education)
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience of which at least 05 years relevant experience as an officer/equivalent with experience in operating at Board Level with exceptional written/spoken communication skills with minimum experience in an equivalent/similar like position as per corporate governess rules in any international/national, public & private organization. Experience in & familiarity with Public Sector Companies & well versed with Government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices including public sector corporate governance & requirements of donor’s agencies/ financing providers will be given preference.
  3. Age: Up to 55 years

3 Manager MIS
  1. Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT (Minimum 16 years of education) from HEC recognized university/institute.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 08 years relevant post-qualification experience with at least 3-years’ experience on similar like position. Experience in Networking, ERP & Software development etc in international/National level organizations or public utility companies. Professional certification will be given preference.
  3. Age: Up to 45 years

  2. Experience: Overall post qualification experience of 03 years in relevant positions in any well-reputed international/ national level Public/ Private organizations or 03 years article ship for CA/ACCA/ICMA. Preference will be given to candidates having good knowledge and experience of ERP.
  3. Age:  Up to 32 Years.

4 Graphic Designer/Photographer
  1. Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in IT or Fine Arts would be an added advantage from university.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 Years of post-Qualification relevant experience in any well reputed International, National, Public and Private Organization. Experience in graphic designing, branding, photography & videography will be an added advantage. Certification in relevant softwares from reputable institute with knowledge in Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Inpage and relevant Softwares.
