Creating public Awareness on mass scale regarding importance of Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, and dissemination of WSSP official Orders, activities and notifications, to larger audience for information is the core function of WSSP Media Section.

For the purpose of mass awareness, the media section of wssp works on modern lines; produce public awareness videos, audio messages, prepare appealing designs inscribed with WATSAN & Hygiene messages.


Background

The media section liaise with masses through social media and through print and electronic media keeping the residents of Peshawar updated regarding day-to-day activities of the Company. The media section also works as Public Information Officer for provision of Information under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act 2013. Its responsibilities also include to arrange mass awareness sessions and propagation material in printed and soft forms.

Headed by Manager Communication and Media Management, the Communication & Media Section of WSSP is striving to reach out maximum number of people so that they could be partner in strive for cleaner and healthier Peshawar.
