He emphasized the importance of promptly collecting waste from collection points and managing containers effectively to prevent litter from spreading. Public complaints should be addressed swiftly, and stronger engagement with customers should be established to ensure high-quality service and resolution of their issues. He also instructed measures to prevent the dumping of waste at unauthorized locations and to make collection points easily accessible to the public. General Manager Operations, Muhammad Ijaz, also provided a detailed briefing on daily operations. He added that efforts are being made to encourage people to cooperate with the staff and to pay their water and sanitation bills on time. Regular sessions are held with elected representatives, traders, and other organizations to enhance public cooperation.
